Adam Góral

Graduate of the Cracow University of Economics (Economic Cybernetics and Information Technology). Obtained a Ph.D. in economics. In 1979-1990, he worked in the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University satellite campus in Rzeszow (up to the position of assistant professor).

In 1988, he established Jazcoop  Sp. z o.o., where he was a member of the Management Board in 1991-1993. Also in 1991-1993, he cooperated with the Polish-American Project for Creating Entrepreneurship Institutes in Poland. In 1993-1995, he was Branch Director for COMP Ltd.  Sp. z o.o. Since September 1995, he has been the Vice-President of the Management Board and CEO at Comp Rzeszow SA (currently Asseco Poland SA).

He is the co-founder of the Rzeszow School of Business and the Podkarpacki Business Club (where he currently is the President of the Management Board), and an Honorary Consul of the Republic of Slovakia. Between 1999 and 2005, he was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at ABAS SA (merged into Asseco Poland SA on January 2, 2006). In 2000-2004, he was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Studio Komputerowe GALKOM  Sp. z o.o. Between November 2002 and the year 2006 he was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at COMP Soft  Sp. z o.o. Since March 2005, he has also been the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Epsilio SA (merged into Asseco Poland SA on July 1, 2005). Since 2004, he has been the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Asseco Slovakia a.s. Moreover, he is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Asseco Business Solutions SA, Asseco Systems SA, Asseco South Eastern Europe, ADH-Soft and Asseco DACH, as well as Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board at International School of Banking and Finances in Sandomierz.

He is one of the co-founders of Asseco Poland SA (established in 1991), and one of the three biggest shareholders of the company.

At present, he is the President of the Management Board at Asseco Poland SA. He is responsible for developing the growth vision and strategy for the Asseco Capital Group.

Renata Bojdo

She is a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the Cracow University of Economics. Between July 1992 and January 1993, she worked as an accountant in the Rzeszow Revenue Office. She joined Asseco Poland SA in 1993. Between 1995 and 2004, she was the Chief Accountant of the company. Since 2002 she has worked as CFO. Between March 2004 and January 2007, she was a member of the Management Board at Asseco Poland SA (formerly COMP Rzeszow). Her responsibilities included finances and accounting.

Currently, she is the Vice-President of the Management Board of Asseco Poland SA, responsible for the company’s finances.

Przemysław Borzestowski

Graduate of the Faculty of Electronics at the Gdansk University of Technology, and of postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Management at the University of Gdansk (accounting, economic analysis, and IT systems in the economy). Between 1992 and 2004, he worked at Prokom Software SA. Between 1997 and 2003, he managed IT projects for the Banking and Finance market. In 2002-2005, he was a member, and later Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Epsilio SA (formerly Wonlok SA). In 2005-2006, he was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Koma SA. Since 2002, he has been a member of the Supervisory Board at Postdata SA.

Currently, he is the Vice-President of the Management Board at Asseco Poland SA, working as the Director of following divisions: Public Administration, Capital Markets, International Organization and Uniformed Services.

Tadeusz Dyrga

Graduate of the Gdansk University of Technology. In 1973-1986, he was a lecturer and head of a research and development team at the Gdansk University of Technology. In 1987-1997, he was a manager, then deputy director at the Innowacyjny Zaklad Techniki Komputerowej PROKOM, and finally – a director at Prokom Software System  Sp. z o.o. In 1997, he became the director of the Software Development Division, and a member of the Management Board at Prokom Software SA. Since 1999, he has been responsible for the KSI-ZUS project. Since 2002, he has been the Vice-President of the Management Board of Prokom Software SA, until the company was merged into Asseco Poland SA.

Since April 1, 2008, he has been the Vice-President of the Management Board and the Director of the Social Insurance and Healthcare Division.

Marek Panek

Graduate of the Faculty of Machinery Construction and Aviation at the Rzeszow University of Technology.

In 1993-1995, he worked at Zaklad Elektroniki Gantel  Sp. z o.o. Since 1995, he has been a marketing expert at COMP Ltd.  Sp. z o.o. (the Rzeszow Branch). In 1998-1999, he was the President of the Management Board at COMP Soft  Sp. z o.o. (headquartered in Rzeszow). In 2001-2003, he was a member of the Supervisory Board at ARMA  Sp. z o.o. He has worked at Asseco Poland SA since 1995 in the following positions: Marketing Expert, Chief Marketing Executive, Sales and Marketing Department Director, Member of the Management Board of Asseco Poland SA (since March 6, 2004).

At present, he is the Vice-President of the Management Board.

His scope of responsibilities includes the Sales Coordination and Partner Cooperation Department, the PR and Investor Relations Department, the Marketing Department, the Logistics Department and the European Union Project Bureau.

Paweł Piwowar

Paweł Piwowar is a graduate of the Faculty of Electronics of the Warsaw University of Technology. He started his professional career in 1987 in Delfin Ltd. In 1987-1991, he worked at Plus SA as a hardware maintenance engineer and Hardware Maintenance Manager. In 1991, he joined Computerland  Sp. z o.o., where he worked as Head of the Computer System Lab, Director of the Warsaw Branch, CEO, and finally as the Vice-President of the Management Board. Since early 1998, he has been the President of the Management Board at Oracle Polska Sp. o.o. (and since June 2004 – Head of the Baltic Group). He began in December 2006 as the Head of the Oracle Central Europe Group, where he was responsible for the Czech Republic, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Slovakia and Hungary.

Since June 2008, he has been the First Vice-President of the Management Board at ABG SA (a subsidiary of Asseco Poland SA).

Currently, he is the Vice-President of the Management Board at Asseco Poland SA, where he is responsible for the following divisions: Manufacturing, trade and service enterprises, Telecommunications, Power and Gas Industry, Agriculture, Utility and Local Administration.

Zbigniew Pomianek

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Construction and Environment Engineering of the Rzeszów University of Technology. In 1990-1992, he was an assistant lecturer of the same faculty.

Beginning in 1992 he worked as an IT Specialist at Jazcoop  Sp. z o.o., and then, between 1993 and 1995, at COMP Ltd.  Sp. z o.o. (the Rzeszow Branch). In 2000-2003, he was a member of the Supervisory Board at ARMA  Sp. z o.o., and in 2000-2004 – a member of the Supervisory Board of Studio Komputerowe GALKOM  Sp. z o.o. He took an active role in bringing Asseco Poland SA to life, and has worked there since September 1995 as: Chief Banking Service Executive, Deputy CEO, Deputy CEO and Director of Software Division, Vice-President of the Management Board, Deputy CEO and Director of Software Division,  Vice-President of the Management Board, Deputy CEO and Director of the Commercial Banking Division.

Member of the Supervisory Board at Asseco Business Solutions SA (since 2007), and member of the Supervisory Board at Postdata SA (since 2007).

Currently, he is the Vice-President of the Management Board of Asseco Poland SA and Director of the following divisions: Commercial Banking, Cooperative Banking, Business Intelligence and Treasury Department.

Włodzimierz Serwiński

He is a graduate of the Gdansk University of Technology, where he studied Information Technology on the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology. He has been working for Prokom Software SA ever since 1993. In 1993-1994, he participated in the development of the “PROBANK” Banking System as a software engineer, and the as a software designer. In 1994-1997, he managed the project of developing and deploying the “PROMAK” Brokerage System and the “PROMAK-Sponsor” system. In 1997, he became project manager responsible for developing KSI ZUS. Since 2003, he has been involved with projects for the insurance industry. In 2003-2004, he managed preparations for Prokom Software SA and CSC’s (Computer Sciences Corporation) bid for the PZU Group. Next, in 2004, he managed the deployment of the Graph Talk AIA system at PZU Życie SA.

Since December 2007, he has been a Member of the Management Board at Prokom Software SA.

Since April 1, 2008, he has been the Vice-President of the Management Board, responsible for the Commercial Insurance Division, at Asseco Poland SA.

Przemysław Sęczkowski

Graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the Gdansk University of Technology. In 1992-1997, he worked at Bank Gdanski SA, where he was a department director, and then Managing Director of the Treasury Division. In 1997-1998, he was the Vice-President of the Management Board at Bank Współpracy Europejskiej. In 1999-2001, he was Economics and Finance Deputy CEO at PPUP Poczta Polska, where he counted among his duties supervision of the Central Settlement Center. Between January 2002 and January 2003, he was an executive at Concordia  Sp. z o.o. (a consulting company). He has also been a member of several Supervisory Boards, including at Impexmetal SA (1998-2001), Bank Pocztowy SA, PTE Pocztylion and Zachodni Fundusz Inwestycyjny NFI SA. He is a member of the Supervisory Boards at Asseco South Eastern Europe and Asseco Slovakia a.s.

Currently, he is the Vice-President of the Management Board and Director of the Strategy and Development Division at Asseco Poland SA.

Robert Smułkowski

Graduate of the Faculty of Finance and Statistics of the Warsaw School of Economics. Between 1986 and 1989, he worked as an expert in the IT Department at Bank Pekao SA. He joined the company in 1989. Since 1990, he has been a member of the Supervisory Board. He was responsible for maintenance and deployments, and then for software development and sales. Since September 2004, he has supervised most of the projects delivered by the company.

Currently, he is the Vice-President of the Management Board and Director of the PKO BP Division at Asseco Poland SA.
